STRUCTURES INTERNATIONAL, Europe's flagship trade show for the tent and marquee sector, will be following its superb inaugural event last year with this year's show between 14 and 16 November 2023. The exhibition is also an important source of information for event planners – complementing the international experiential marketing show BOE INTERNATIONAL – and offers a 360° take on the world of temporary structures and event marquees.

Dortmund, 3 May 2023 – In addition to major well-known names in the marquee and tentage, portable building and roofing sectors from a host of different countries, STRUCTURES INTERNATIONAL will also be welcoming a large number of specialist outfitters and furnishers to Dortmund between 14 and 16 November 2023. This international hub for the tent and marquee industry is now adding a wide range of equipment options, accessories and services from suppliers across Germany and beyond to its already impressive line-up.

For example, Igel GmbH will be representing the equipment sector once again with Germany's largest range of professional ground anchors, with The Regent Engineering Co Ltd from the UK returning to Dortmund with its FloorStak® interlocking high-stability structural support systems able to cope with many local impediments. Also making its second appearance will be REMKO GmbH & Co KG, the pan-European system provider of mobile warm-air heating systems, dehumidifiers, air-conditioning systems, room air conditioning units and trend-setting heat pumps, which equips temporary structures and tents with a wide range of products and applies its experience gained from over 40 years in the market. Quick-build, waterproof stretch-fabric tents in a variety of materials, sizes and colours will also be available at the show once again from Dutch tent supplier Eurostretchtents Deutschland GmbH. One of the leading suppliers of portable buildings and container-style modular buildings with branches in Germany, France and Switzerland is FAGSI Vertriebs- und Vermietungs GmbH. The family-run company will be making its second appearance at STRUCTURES INTERNATIONAL, presenting modules for permanent use as well as some container-style units. HTS Tentiq GmbH, one of the world leaders in the tent and marquee sector, will also be back presenting numerous tent options and lightweight open-plan utility buildings from its in-house production. One of the largest Scandinavian suppliers of tents and temporary structures with 14 branches in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Latvia and Germany, Hallgruppen AS Karoline Eggens will also be back at this year's show.

New providers: top suppliers from tentage to equipment

Many new exhibitors have already announced they will be exhibiting at the show. Chinese specialist Liri Tent will be there with a wide range of industrial, exhibition and event tents, and German dealer Hans Wilms GmbH & Co will be showing its professional line-up of heating, ventilation and drying systems. Mobile lighting backed up by robust, environmentally friendly power supply systems is the speciality of Sonlux Lighting GmbH & Co KG, another company due to exhibit at the show for the first time.

New partner: ITRS – the German Industry Association for Structural Textiles, Roller Shutters & Sunshading

Trade and employers' association ITRS will be on hand to assist visitors and suppliers at the second STRUCTURES INTERNATIONAL. It acts as a mouthpiece for the industry across Germany and abroad. This umbrella organisation for the utility textile sector in Germany is the point of contact for all business and economic, technical, socio-political and legal issues in the industry. Some of its 150 member businesses will also be presenting their portfolios at the ITRS stand, which will act as a central 'market square' venue. “We're delighted to be assisting with this year's STRUCTURES INTERNATIONAL as the show's new technical partner. We are the leading trade association and employers' association for manufacturers, garment makers and service providers in our associated industries, and our aim is to provide targeted support in helping resolve important – often complex – questions in administrative, legal and practical matters of national and international importance,” said ITRS Chief Executive Lars Rippstein. The association will also be assisting the supporting programme with presentations on current rules and regulations, changes in the law, insurance issues and new legal aspects – all with the aim of making organisations more sure-footed in legal matters.
